An abrasive wheel is usually defined as a wheel, cylinder, disc or cone consisting of abrasive particles bonded together with various substances.

Nearly half of all work accidents involving abrasive wheels are due to operator error or an unsafe system of work.

This course gives advice on the proper use of abrasive wheels and how to prevent accidents and injury caused by wheel breakage or contact with a running wheel.

We would recommend this course for all operators, managers and supervisors whose duties include the use or supervision of abrasive wheels.
